We provide 6 (six) months guarantee on all our pens against any problem with the ink.

 

Ideahouse uses only the best quality German manufactured ink refill and guarantees that all our pens use the highest quality inks to provide you with outstanding writing quality.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our ink refill, please return the pen/s together the invoice of purchase to us within 6 months. Ideahouse will credit the returned pens amount in full or offer a replacement.

 

This is subject to additional terms and conditions. Faults caused by impact, misuse, abuses and improper care is not covered by the warranty.
